Mr. Zucker served with the Internal Revenue Service for ten years as a senior estate tax attorney focusing on the investigation of estates in excess of $5,000,000.00.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial real estate transactions and has represented developers, purchasers of commercial properties, sellers of commercial properties and lenders.  Mr. Zucker limits his practice to Estate Planning and Probate, Tax Planning and Tax Controversies, Business Entities, and Transactional Real Estate.  He has achieved an "AV Preeminent" peer rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

In addition, Mr. Zucker was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he taught various tax courses in the graduate program.

 He is past Chairman of the University Health System Foundation Board.
